The FLASH 'RVX' series measuring machines are known for their high measurement speed. They can analyze hundreds of misaligned parts in just a few seconds. These machines offer exceptional user-friendliness, allowing even untrained personnel to conduct quick and accurate measurements.
Thanks to an advanced telecentric lens system, the FLASH machines provide an extremely large 2D view, sharp images, and optimal contrast without distortion while maintaining high depth of field. The combination of ultra-high-resolution CMOS sensors and innovative deep learning algorithms allows for precise visualization and analysis of even the smallest defects or deviations.
Both models come equipped with various LED lighting options. The ring LED (incident light) with motorized position adjustment features its own Z-axis and can be adjusted to any position. The RVX8200 features an X-Y table with a travel range of 200 x 200 mm, while the RVX8300 offers a range of 300 x 200 mm. Optical inspection has never been so easy! Measurements are as simple as pressing a button and achieving an accuracy of ± 0.1 μm.
