Package DHS weld seam

The DHS combination package weld seam was specifically developed for the evaluation of fusion joints. Especially in automotive construction, steel construction, and pressure vessel construction, there are components consisting of a multitude of welded joints. With this combination package, consisting of our software modules database, image acquisition, weld seam, report & dhs-EasyController 4K, all required testing processes are summarized into measurement profiles, allowing the testing process to take place efficiently and in conjunction with production. Additionally, statistical evaluations of individual components and measurement processes can be generated to assess the entire production process over the long term.

Statistical evaluations:
Using the integrated export interface in the basic module of dhs-Bilddatenbank® (image database), statistical evaluations for individual components and specific measurement results are generated in various formats (e.g. qs-STAT or SAP).

Standard-compliant testing:
- Testing according to DIN ISO 5817 and other customer-specific requirements and standards.
- Clear display of measurement values in tabular form.
- Compilation of measurement functions into test profiles to reproduce measurement processes.
- Display of tolerance deviation from the selected component specifications.

Pore measurement:
An extension of the weld seam module includes the norm-compliant measurement of pores. Individual pores are evaluated for size and area. The results are stored together with the weld seam measurements in corresponding data fields.

Report generation: With the additional module "Bericht" (Report), we offer the ideal tool for professional documentation of your work. All previously determined images, texts, and measurement results from the database can be compiled into a test report.

Suitable hardware: For rapid inspection of weld seams in the low-magnification range, the dhs-EasyController 4K is a suitable option as an alternative to stereomicroscopes and macroscope. It is a compact, inverted optical system with an integrated digital camera and LED ring light. When combined with our software modules "dhs Schweißnahtvermessung" (weld seam measurement) and "Berichtserstellung" (report generation), this is an ideal system for efficient evaluation of samples and workpieces directly in production.
