Automatic Camera Settings and Multi-Channel Fluorescence:
Axioscope 5 automates up to 15 steps and clicks required for documenting samples with multiple fluorescence dyes. With Axiocam 202 mono and Colibri 3 LED illumination, camera settings such as white balance are automatically adjusted. Capture four multi-channel fluorescence channels with just one click without having to take your hands off the microscope.
Homogeneous Illumination and LED Lighting Advantages:
The transmitted LED light of Axioscope 5 provides powerful and color-accurate illumination that makes fine differences in the sample distinctly visible. With stable color temperature, low energy consumption, and long lifespan, LED lighting is economical and efficient. The Light Intensity Manager ensures uniform brightness at all magnification levels.
Smart Microscopy for Efficient Digital Documentation:
The Smart Microscopy features make the documentation of samples more efficient. Axioscope 5 automatically adjusts brightness and white balance to ensure precise digital documentation. Focus on your sample and simply press the capture button – the rest is done automatically.
ZEISS Colibri 3 LED Illumination:
The optional Colibri 3 fluorescence LED illumination expands the capabilities of Axioscope 5.
