dhs-EasyController Microscope

The dhs-EasyController offers fast sample inspection (e.g., weld seams, visual assessments) in the low-magnification range. It provides a compact, inverse optical system with an integrated digital camera, LED ring light, and optional software for image capture, measurement, and report generation.

Ergonomics

• Samples from production can be placed directly on the glass plate, and the measurement process can be initiated without the need for time-consuming sample pressing and focusing.
• The sample surface always maintains a consistent distance from the camera.
• All optical components are integrated into a compact stainless steel box that can be incorporated into the workstation's surface.
