Latest Trends in In-situ and Correlative Electron Microscopy – Conference & Workshop ICEM 2024

The conference will be held 3rd – 5th June 2024 in the lecture hall of The Institute of Scientific Instruments, The Czech Academy of Science (ISI CAS), in Brno, the world centre of electron microscopy. During the ICEM 2024 the following items will be presented: new methods and instrumentation for mili-to-nano scale correlative and 3D imaging, dynamical in-situ characterization and elementary analysis in materials and life sciences using SEM, STEM, ESEM, A-ESEM, TEM, ETEM, and other imaging methods.
