The Nikon Toolmaker Microscope is equipped with the following features:
- Brightfield / Darkfield illumination
- 100W lighting with power supply UN2-PSU100
- XY measuring table from RSF Electronics MSA6705 ML120mm Pitch 10µm
- 2 x Parker Zeta Drive Type 57-51
- Parker Indexer 2-Axis 6200
- Electrically movable Z-axis (a motor is attached to the handwheel)
The table has the following specifications:

The system operates partly on 120V. You will receive an isolation transformer, making the system ready for immediate use.
Control via joystick is provided, but suitable software may be required. The table can be operated via a serial interface.
