With a diameter of up to 140 mm, it is ideal for a variety of tests and analyses, including device and wafer characterization, fault analysis, high-frequency testing, and opto-technical testing.

The PM8 features a sturdy steel plate with integrated magnets for effective vibration damping and precise sample positioning. With a high-quality Mitutoyo microscope, various magnifications, and continuous zoom, it offers flexibility and precision for demanding sample and high-frequency tests.
The microscope and probe station are in good, lightly used condition. Please note that the probe station is supplied without control and the pneumatic and electrical elements have not been tested. Shipping will be handled by Schenker freight on a pallet.
