Optical inspection has never been easier! The optical measuring machines of the FLASH 'RVX' series are characterized by their high measurement speed. They can analyze hundreds of misaligned parts in just a few seconds and offer easy operation, even with minimal or untrained personnel.
Thanks to an advanced telecentric lens system, the FLASH machines provide an extremely large 2D view, sharp images, and optimal contrast without distortion while maintaining high depth of field. The combination of ultra-high-resolution CMOS sensors and innovative deep-learning algorithms allows for precise visualization and analysis of even the smallest defects or deviations.
Both models come equipped with two LED lighting systems. The large segment ring LED (4 segments in incident light) is fixedly mounted and provides uniform illumination. Measurements are easy to perform at the touch of a button, offering an accuracy of ± 0,1 μm.
