MikroAge | MADF 650 Professional Darkfield Microscope for Daily Use

This microscope is made of high-quality optical and mechanical components, starting with widefield eyepieces featuring diopter adjustment to compensate for differences between the eyes and interpupillary distance adjustment to fit personal preferences optimally. The ICS optics are infinity corrected to ensure fatigue-free work even during prolonged use. The NLT LED illumination provides uniform lighting of the specimen. The LED has a lifespan of at least 10,000 hours (typically 50,000 hours), and its brightness can be adjusted according to examination conditions. The objectives are standard ICO plan achromats delivering consistently sharp images. With a video camera, brilliant images can be recorded to optimally document patient work. Specimen protection on the 40x and 100x objectives protects both the objectives and the specimen from damage. The 100x standard oil immersion objective provides detailed images even at the highest magnification, essential for daily vital blood analysis. Filite is clearly visible, granules of neutrophilic and eosinophilic granulocytes are distinguishable, and inclusion bodies in lymphocytes are clearly identifiable. The different composition of symplasts appears detailed, the central indentation of target cells is visible, and the entire erythrocyte morphology appears detailed at all magnifications. The good resolution at 400x and 1000x allows precise examination of all abnormalities as described by Prof. Enderlein. The dual-sided fine focus, which can be locked to prevent accidental adjustment, and the XY stage are at a comfortable working height and operate smoothly without play. The darkfield condenser can be removed for cleaning without disturbing the centering. These are some of the key features that make this microscope excellent for darkfield blood diagnostics.
