dhs-Cleanalyzer® Professional

The industry increasingly demands evidence of the cleanliness level of components. High requirements for the function, quality, and lifespan of products necessitate:

• Documentation of all analysis results

To meet these demands, we offer a complete analysis system, the dhs-Cleanalyzer® Professional. It is a fully automated system designed for higher sample volumes from particle size 5µm and consists of:

• High-quality zoom optics
• Automatic LED/POL lighting
• Motorized table
• Automatic focus, including leveling unit, for fast and precise scanning of filters

The integrated software allows optical analysis, classification, typification, detection, and evaluation of all particles according to international standards such as VDA Bd. 19.1 and .2, EN ISO 16232, EN ISO 4406, SAE AS 4059, etc. The dhs-Cleanalyzer® is designed for the evaluation of various filter materials, shapes, and particle traps.

Residual Dirt Analysis Software

The intuitively operated analysis software is available in German and English. It offers easily learnable operating routines arranged in a logical sequence, detailed measurement representation in tabular and graphical form, and comprehensive pre-classifiers. Other features include:

• Determination of the uniform fiber criterion (stretched length / maximum inscribed circle)
• Determination of the percentage occupancy density
• Possibility to connect falsely separated particles through erosion/dilation
• Determination of color characteristics of particles
• Clone-Assistant for automated, reproducible microscopy
• Support for multi-filter evaluation (multiple filters in one measurement run)
• Support for different filter shapes (circle, rectangle) and particle traps
• Visualization of all particles through gallery view

At the end of the workflow, comprehensive reports are available. All images, data, analysis values, and statistics can be exported to the dhs-Image Database® with a click – for long-term archiving and report generation. The dhs service package offers, among other things, annual device maintenance and calibration as well as software updates. Basic sets for cleaning and extraction are available upon request.
